Corinto is a certified organic, seedless cucumber — the kind that makes you realize how much of a cucumber's bitterness comes from the skin and seeds. There are neither here. Just clean, refreshing flesh and a thin edible skin that you can eat straight through. We grow them in Dutch buckets in our heated greenhouse, which means they're available year-round regardless of what's happening outside. Slice them, dice them, spiral them — they hold their crunch and their flavor without any prep work.
